To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we have specific age requirements for driving our boats and participating in our tours. Drivers must be at least 18 years old, while children must be a minimum of 5 years old to participate.

In accordance with Florida state regulations, younger drivers born after January 1, 1988, are required to obtain a Temporary Boater's License online before operating a boat. When you book our tours, we will provide you with the exact link to fulfill this requirement. The process involves completing a simple 25-question test, which is open book, and can be done online at a cost of $9.99.

Please note that older drivers are exempt from this requirement, so it applies only to those who meet the specified age criteria.
